This course has been developed with the purpose of teaching veterinarians how to develop rapport and improve relationships with their clients. For many veterinarians, there has been little or no, structured training on communication skills and consultation methods. Most of us have learned the skills we do have whilst on the job.

There is a science to communication, not just an art, and there are very good resources, most of which are employed very effectively in human medicine, that have been adapted to fit the veterinary space and will be explained during this course.
